A Brief View of Restoration Ministries Aiding Families
One of our primary roles in Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo is to bring financial aid and encouragement to families in dire need for food sustenance, rent, medical care and medication. Our field representatives are always available, watching and looking for someone to help.

A Brief View of Who We Serve
We primarily reach out to those losing hope due to the carryover effect of the Covid Pandemic. The majority of African governments closed family businesses, shops and means of a meger income or cash flow. This minimized or eliminated farming, local shops and most other enterprises: causing famine and the ability of families to provide the basic needs of existence. Now the price of such goods has increeased due to limited amounts of available food, and many other home supplies are just now coming on line for purchase. Without additional aid and a "helping hand" or "lift out of poverty" they would be locked in a lifetime of poverty, hopelessness and despair. Although the Ugandan government is opening up, this is where our help can make such a strong difference!

A Brief View of How We Do It
We collect funds and donations from willing partners and then distribute these funds as soon as possible using Western Union, MoneyGram, Sendwave, etc! This past year we were enabled by donors to send just shy of $15,000 for these purposes alone. Oh, how we appreciate the donors of Restoration Ministries!

Here's What We Envision for 2023
We would love to be enabled to distribute these funds to even more families in need. We have set a target of $15,000 again for this year. If we become enabled by our partners to financially support another Field Representative near the refugee camp of Bidi Bidi in northern Uganda, we could easily encourage the estimated 246,000 refugees from South Sudan too! We have a few contacts there, but those contacts are currently limited in their availability. Pray we find a qualified and trustworthy person for this position and existing need!
